Zinc may be a trace mineral, but it plays a role in many normal functions throughout the body. Our Triple Zinc Complex brings together three distinct forms of zinc in one straightforward daily capsule.

Each daily dose provides 25 mg of elemental zinc from zinc bisglycinate, zinc picolinate and zinc monomethionine. The formula is rounded out with vitamin C from acerola, L-leucine and bamboo shoot extract containing naturally occurring silica.

Zinc contributes to normal immune system function, the maintenance of normal skin, hair and nails, normal fertility and reproduction, normal cognitive function and the protection of cells from oxidative stress.

Ingredients

How to take it
