Wie man es nimmt

Bisglycinate de magnésium: Prendre 3 gélules par jour, de préférence le soir. Alternativement, répartir au cours de la journée. À prendre avec de la nourriture et de l’eau ou selon les recommandations d’un médecin.

Ashwagandha: Prendre 3 gélules par jour (le matin avec de la nourriture et de l’eau) ou selon les recommandations d’un médecin.
