What began as one founder’s search for meaning became Aavalabs’ mission: to help others live smarter, not harder.

By embracing the beauty of the human code, we craft pure, responsibly sourced supplements, blending nature’s best with scientific precision.

Openness and optimism are at our core, reflected in our Finnish name, Aava, meaning "open" and "expansive" - a tribute to our free spirit and the breathtaking Nordic landscapes that inspire us.

At Aavalabs, we believe good health should be accessible to everyone and that true well-being goes beyond the individual. It also includes the well-being of the planet we all depend on.

That’s why we donate 0.6% of our profits to Vitamin Angels, helping mothers experience healthy pregnancies and giving children access to the essential nutrients they need to grow strong. So far, we’ve helped 51,808 women and children gain access to essential nutrition and we’re just getting started.

And because true well-being also means caring for the world we live in, we also support Treebytree by contributing to ecosystem restoration projects that protect biodiversity and help nature recover sustainably.
