Product overview
Each daily serving of two softgels provides 2,000 mg of fish oil, including 1,600 mg of omega-3 fatty acids with 1,000 mg EPA and 500 mg DHA. EPA and DHA contribute to normal heart function, while DHA also supports the maintenance of normal brain function and vision.
The fish oil comes from wild-caught anchovies, sardines and mackerel and undergoes a patented molecular distillation process to concentrate the omega-3 fatty acids and remove impurities. A nitrogen-based deodorisation process helps minimise the characteristic fishy smell and taste.

How to take it
