Ingredients

Magnesium Citrate: Trimagnesium citrate, vegetarian capsules (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), bulking agent (arabic gum).

Vitamin D3 4000IU: Pure cold-pressed extra-virgin olive oil, softgel capsule (bovine gelatin, glycerol), natural vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol).

Omega 3 Fish Oil: Fish oil, softgel capsule [bovine gelatine, humectant (glycerol), water], d-alpha tocopherol (vitamin E).

How to take it
Magnesium Citrate: Take 3 capsules daily, preferably in the evening. Alternatively, spread throughout the day. Take with food and water, or as directed by your doctor.

Vitamin D3 4000IU: Take 1 capsule daily (in the morning with food and water), or as directed by a doctor.

Omega 3 Fish Oil: Take 2 capsules daily (in the morning with food and water), or as directed by a doctor.
