REQUEST ORDER WITHDRAWAL

Right of refund & withdrawal

Before your order has been shipped, you may request the withdrawal of your order by submitting our online withdrawal form or by contacting us at team@aavalabs.com. As orders are processed quickly, this is typically only possible within approximately 30 minutes after placing your order.

If your order has already been shipped, you have the right to revoke this contract within 365 days*.

The revocation period shall be 365 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier have taken or have taken possession of the last goods.

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear declaration sent by email to team@aavalabs.com and await our instructions on how to proceed with the goods.

You can use the attached sample revocation form, which is, however, not mandatory. The statutory 14-day withdrawal right applies only to unopened products with the security seal intact. In order to comply with the revocation period, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of exercising the right of revocation before the expiry of the revocation period.

Consequences of the revocation

If you revoke this Agreement between the 1st and 14th day of receipt of the goods, we shall reimburse you immediately and no later than fourteen days from the date on which we received notice of your revocation of this Agreement for all payments we have received from you, including delivery charges (other than additional charges arising from your choice of a method of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us).

If you revoke this Agreement between the 15th and 365th day of receipt of the goods, we shall reimburse you immediately and no later than fourteen days from the date on which we received notice of your revocation of this Agreement for all payments we have received from you, excluding delivery charges.

We will use the same means of payment used by you in the original transaction for such refund, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you and in no event will you be charged for such refund.

We may refuse to refund until we have received the Goods back in our warehouse or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the Goods, whichever is earlier. Returned products must be in perfect condition with the security seal and the original box intact. You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

Exceptions

*As of the 15th day of receipt of the goods, the 365-day satisfaction guarantee does not apply if fraudulent purchase behavior is detected. In cases where we detect suspicious and potential fraudulent shopping behavior, we reserve the right to request additional information from the customer to evaluate if the money-back guarantee can be applied.
