This company does not play number games

One thing I appreciate about AAVA is that their supplements are most often 1 tablet per day. Unlike some other manufacturers who, even though they have a large number of tablets in their bottle, if you look carefully you have to take 4 per day, which instantly makes the bottle last shorter. Such marketing tricks are despicable and I will always choose AAVA because they don't do this. And btw, the biotin works amazingly. I used to suffer alopecia due to lupus, this high dosage biotin is very conducive to the growing back stage. Now my hairdresser has to thin my hair, he said, what a luxury problem to have!

**How should I store the product?**

Store the product in a cool, dry place at a temperature below 20 °C, away from direct sunlight. If you can't maintain these conditions for long periods, we recommend storing it in the fridge. The bacterial strains are selected for their stability, but we recommend following the storage instructions to maintain product quality.

**Why should it be taken with food and water?**

The formula contains zinc, which can cause nausea in some people when taken on an empty stomach. That is why we recommend taking it with food and water.

**Are the capsules gastro-resistant?**

Yes. We use delayed-release capsules designed to release their contents in the intestine.

**Is the product lactose-free?**

The bacterial cultures are grown on a dairy-based medium. The product contains no added milk ingredients, but we do not test it for lactose and cannot rule out traces. If you have lactose intolerance or a milk allergy, please consult your healthcare professional before use.

**Are the strains freeze-dried?**

Yes, the bacterial strains are lyophilised (freeze-dried).

**Does it contain inulin?**
