How to take it
Take one (1) capsule daily for general maintenance of gut & vaginal flora, take three (3) capsules when you require additional support for the microbiome, preferably in the evening with food and water, or as directed by a doctor.

How to store the product?
Store it in a cool, dry place below 20 °C, away from direct sunlight. If you can't keep it below 20 °C for long periods, store it in the fridge. The strains are shelf-stable and tolerate short-term temperature changes, for example during delivery.
Can the capsule be opened and its contents mixed into liquids?
We don't recommend it. The live cultures are in delayed-release capsules, which are designed to pass through the stomach before releasing their contents.
Are the capsules gastro-resistant?
Yes. They're delayed-release capsules, designed to pass through the stomach and release their contents in the intestine.
Is it lactose-free?
Lactose isn't an ingredient, but some cultures may have been grown on milk during production. We don't test the product for lactose, so we can't guarantee it's lactose-free. If you have a milk allergy, we recommend avoiding this product.
