Vitamin D3 and K2 bring two essential nutrients together in one straightforward daily formula. Each softgel provides 2000 IU (50 μg) of vitamin D3 as cholecalciferol and 100 μg of vitamin K2 as menaquinone-7 All Trans.

Ich nehme seit mehrern Monaten die Kapseln. Leider hat sich mein D-Wert nur unmerklich verbessert. Aber ich gebe nicht auf und nehme sie weiter.

Gerade bei Vitamin D kann es etwas dauern, bis sich Veränderungen in den Blutwerten zeigen, und die individuelle Reaktion kann sehr unterschiedlich sein. Wenn dein D-Wert trotz regelmäßiger Einnahme nur wenig steigt, wäre es sinnvoll, die passende Dosierung mit deinem Arzt oder deiner Ärztin anhand deiner Blutwerte zu besprechen. Wir haben auch höher dosierte Vitamin-D-Varianten mit 4000 IE und 5000 IE im Sortiment, aber gerade bei einer Anpassung der Dosierung sollte die medizinische Rücksprache immer an erster Stelle stehen. Wir hoffen sehr, dass du mit der für dich passenden Lösung noch bessere Ergebnisse erzielst.

How to store the product?

Store it in its original packaging in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. It doesn't need to be refrigerated. If you can't keep it below 25 °C for long periods, you can store it in the fridge to stop the softgels sticking together. In the fridge, the oil may solidify and show white spots inside the softgel. These disappear once it's back at room temperature.

Softgel capsules aren't designed to be opened, so we don't recommend it. We also can't guarantee the taste, smell or how well the contents mix into liquids.
