I love the branding of these products but this doesn’t seem to absorb in to my body. I will finish the bottle since it was quite pricey.

This company does not play number games

One thing I appreciate about AAVA is that their supplements are most often 1 tablet per day. Unlike some other manufacturers who, even though they have a large number of tablets in their bottle, if you look carefully you have to take 4 per day, which instantly makes the bottle last shorter. Such marketing tricks are despicable and I will always choose AAVA because they don't do this. And btw, the biotin works amazingly. I used to suffer alopecia due to lupus, this high dosage biotin is very conducive to the growing back stage. Now my hairdresser has to thin my hair, he said, what a luxury problem to have!
