Where do you ship to?
AAVALABS delivers to all EU countries, and to specific countries outside the EU.
How much are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs depend on your region and the option you choose when placing your order.
IMPORTANT: If shipping is outside of the EU, upon Arrival of my Package; Additional Customs, Tolls or Duties Charges may apply at customer’s cost.
How long does it take for my package to arrive?
From the moment the order is placed, the delivery takes 2-4 days within the EU (working days - Monday to Friday).
Outside the EU the delivery takes 5-7 days.
Can I track my shipment?
Yes! You get an email with your shipping information which includes a tracking number.
My order didn’t arrive. What should I do?
Please check with your tracking number if there has been an attempted delivery. It is possible that the package is in a pick up station near your address (where you can pick it up), or there might be wrong information in your shipping address that needs to be updated as soon as possible.
If this is not the case, please contact us email@example.com we will investigate the issue.
If you feel that the supply of goods is delayed, which causes you to no longer wish to complete the purchase, it is up to you to make a cancellation. In the event that the item has already been shipped, the customer must receive the order before requesting a cancelation.
Can I cancel my order?
It is possible to cancel an order with immediate refund processing up to 3 hours from the moment the order was placed. For it, please contact us firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you want to cancel the order 3 hours later after the placement,and the item has already been shipped, the customer must receive the order before requesting a cancelation.
Can I update Shipment Information such as name or address for my upcoming order?
We are able to update Shipment Information up to 3 hours from the moment the order was placed. For it, please contact us email@example.com.
If you want to edit any shipment information after 3 hours, and your package is already in transit (check with your tracking number), you have to contact the corresponding carrier to update the information.
