This is the first time that a product has really helped me, of course including other products I use from the same company. I run and train in the gym a total of 6 times a week. I haven't been sick in a year, I've been taking the products for the last 6 months. I was most afraid of winter, because I took too many antibiotics a couple of years ago. I wake up easier in the morning, I feel better and stronger. Every recommendation!
