- Curcumin Turmeric: Turmeric rhizome extract (Curcuma longa), bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose), vegetarian capsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), turmeric root extract (Curcuma longa), ginger rhizome extract (Zingiber officinale), thickener (acacia gum), bamboo sprout extract (Bambusa vulgaris), black pepper fruit extract (Piper nigrum). 

- Probiolac Probiotic: Live cultures, Inulin, Delayed Release Capsule (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose), Bulking Agent (Acacia Gum), Zinc citrate, Organic Rice Protein.

- Spirulina & Chlorella: Organic spirulina powder (Spirulina platensis), organic chlorella powder (Chlorella pyrenoidesa), vegetarian capsules (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose). 

- Curcumin Turmeric: Take 2 capsules daily spread throughout the day, with food and water, or as directed by a doctor.

- Probiolac Probiotic: Take preferably in the evening, with food and water. If required, start with 1 capsule daily and gradually increase to 2 capsules, or as directed by a doctor.

- Spirulina & Chlorella: Take 3 capsules daily (in the morning with food and water), or as directed by a doctor.
