- Is it safe to take high doses of Vitamin B? We ensure that our Vitamin B Complex is within the EFSA's tolerable upper limit, despite being in a high dose. Keep in mind that B vitamins are water-soluble, so any unused substances are naturally excreted in the urine.
- Are there any side effects? Urine can turn a bright yellow or orange color due to the presence of vitamin B2, also known as Riboflavin due to its natural pigmentation. Being water soluble, the body excretes and excess it doesn't need (it’s perfectly normal and safe).
