Trattandosi di probiotici in capsule dovrebbero viaggiare a temperatura controllata e comunque non superiore ai 25 gradi per non danneggiare il prodotto. Arrivati a casa praticamente cucinati.

Anche se rispondiamo solo ora alla tua recensione di qualche mese fa, ci teniamo a chiarire un punto importante: il nostro Premium Probiolac 30 Strains utilizza ceppi batterici stabili a temperatura ambiente e resistenti alle variazioni di temperatura di breve durata, quindi il calore occasionale durante il trasporto non dovrebbe comprometterne la qualità.

Per la conservazione a lungo termine consigliamo comunque un luogo fresco e asciutto, idealmente sotto i 20 °C; se in casa la temperatura supera spesso questo valore, il frigorifero è una buona opzione. Speriamo che questa spiegazione possa rassicurarti un po’ sul prodotto che hai ricevuto.

How to store the product?
Store it in a cool, dry place below 20 °C, away from direct sunlight. If you can't keep it below 20 °C for long periods, store it in the fridge. The strains are shelf-stable and tolerate short-term temperature changes, for example during delivery.
Can the capsule be opened and its contents mixed into liquids?
We don't recommend it. The live cultures are in delayed-release capsules, which are designed to pass through the stomach before releasing their contents.
Why should I take it with food?
It contains zinc, which can cause nausea in some people when taken on an empty stomach.
Are the capsules gastro-resistant?
Yes. They're delayed-release capsules, designed to pass through the stomach and release their contents in the intestine.
Is it lactose-free?
Lactose isn't an ingredient, but some cultures may have been grown on milk during production. We don't test the product for lactose, so we can't guarantee it's lactose-free. If you have a milk allergy, we recommend avoiding this product.
Are the strains freeze-dried?
