Omega 3 Fish Oil: Take 2 capsules daily (in the morning with food and water), or according to your doctor's instructions.
Fullnesium: Take 2 capsules daily, preferably in the evening. Alternatively, spread throughout the day. Take with food and water, or as directed by your doctor.
Premium Probiolac: Take preferably in the evening, with food and water. If required, start with 1 capsule daily and gradually increase to 3 capsules, or as directed by a doctor.
