Can’t bear the taste

I don’t know why I bought the powder one as previously used capsules. I just can’t bear the taste. With water it was just undrinkable and with coffee I finished it but was disappointed to spoil my morning coffee joy 😒 won’t be buying again! Maybe other powder collagens taste the same, so it’s just not for me.

Formulated product with excipients, not clean, pure collagen. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

If you’re fine with a formulated collagen containing excipients like inulin, egg membrane, bamboo extract, and acacia gum, this might work for you—but not for me. I usually buy pure, grass-fed collagen with no additives, so this was a purchase I should have avoided. I’m normally careful about choosing clean, no-nonsense products—which this clearly isn’t.
UPDATED REVIEW: 5 stars for Customer Service! I would like to give credit to AAVALABS for responding promptly to my review and issues. They fully refunded my purchase, and they were transparent about the reasons for including those ingredients. They even mentioned they’re reviewing the formula and welcomed my feedback. So, while the product isn’t for me, I really respect and appreciate how they handled it.
