Vitamin B Complex: Bulking agent (acacia gum), vegetarian capsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), L-choline bitartrate, nicotinamide (niacin-vitamin B3), methylcobalamin (vitamin B12), thiamine mononitrate (vitamin B1), calcium pantothenate (pantothenic acid-vitamin B5), riboflavin (vitamin B2), MCT coconut powder, bamboo shoot extract (Bambusa arundinacea), anti-caking agent (tricalcium phosphate), pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), inositol, calcium L-methylfolate (vitamin B9), D-biotin (vitamin B7).

Iron: Iron bisglycinate, acerola fruit extract (Malpighia glabra L.), vegetarian capsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), thickener (acacia gum), bamboo sprout extract (Bambusa vulgaris), MCT coconut powder. 

Vitamin C Complex: Rose hips fruit dry extract (Rosa canina L.), vegetarian capsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), acerola fruit extract (Malpighia glabra L.), bulking agent (calcium carbonate), bamboo dry extract (Bambusa bambos), MCT coconut powder, orange fruit dry extract (Citrus sinensis L.).

Vitamin B Complex: Take 1 capsule daily (in the morning with food and water), or as directed by a doctor.

Iron: Take one (1) capsule every two days (in the morning with food and water), or as directed by a doctor.

Vitamin C Complex: Take 2 capsules daily, preferably in the morning with food and water, or as directed by your doctor.
