Turmeric root powder (Curcuma longa), anti-caking agent (Microcrystalline cellulose), Vegetarian colourless capsule (Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), Turmeric root dry extract (Curcuma longa), thickener (Acacia gum), Bamboo extract (Bambusa bambos), Black pepper dry extract (Piper nigrum).

Take 2-6 capsules daily (spread throughout the day with food and water), or as directed by a doctor.

- Can the capsule be opened and its contents mixed into liquids? Since the capsules are made of HPMC, they can be easily opened, allowing the contents to be poured into a liquid. However, it's important to keep in mind that this product is not intended for mixing with liquids. As a result, we cannot guarantee its complete dissolution in liquids.

- How is the Curcumin extracted? Curcumin is extracted with ethanol. We do not use dichloroethane.
