Bei Nahrungsergänzungsmitteln kann es etwas Zeit und eine regelmäßige Einnahme brauchen, bis man für sich beurteilen kann, ob man einen Unterschied bemerkt. Da du dein Shilajit erst seit einigen Wochen hast, ist es vielleicht noch etwas früh für ein endgültiges Fazit. Hallo Stefan, wir verstehen, dass es frustrierend sein kann, wenn man nicht sofort eine Wirkung spürt. Nahrungsergänzungsmittel wirken in der Regel nach und nach, und die Effekte zeigen sich oft erst nach einigen Monaten – das ist von Person zu Person unterschiedlich. In der Regel bemerken die meisten nach etwa 3 Monaten erste Veränderungen, und nachhaltigere Effekte treten meist nach mindestens 6 Monaten regelmäßiger Einnahme auf.

Wenn du nach einiger Zeit immer noch nichts bemerkst, melde dich gerne bei uns – wir sind da, um dich zu unterstützen :)

Yes, the capsules (HPMC) are easy to open and the contents can be poured into a liquid. The product isn't designed to be mixed into liquids, though, so we can't guarantee its taste, smell or that it fully dissolves.
Where does the shilajit come from?
From the Himalayas, harvested at altitudes of 1,000 to 5,000 metres.
What are fulvic acid and humic acid?
Fulvic acid and humic acid are organic compounds naturally found in shilajit. Our extract is standardised to at least 50% fulvic acid.
How is the shilajit made?
It's extracted with water and ethanol, then encapsulated.
How do capsules differ from shilajit resin?
Capsules give you a measured amount in each capsule, with no preparation needed, and avoid the strong taste of resin.
