Triple Zinc: Bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose), zinc complex (zinc picolinate, zinc monomethionine, chelated zinc bisglycinate), vegetarian capsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), L-leucine, acerola fruit dry extract (Malpighia glabra L.) Vitamin D3+K2: Olive oil, softgel capsule (bovine gelatin, glycerin), menaquinone-7, cholecalciferol.

How to take it
Triple Zinc: Take 1 capsule daily (in the morning with food and water), or as directed by a doctor.

Magnesium Citrate: Take 3 capsules daily, preferably in the evening. Alternatively, spread throughout the day. Take with food and water, or as directed by your doctor.

Vitamin D3+K2: Take 1 capsule daily (in the morning with food and water), or as directed by a doctor.
