(50% vitamin C), bamboo extract (Bambusa arundinacea), thickener (arabic gum)

Vitamin D3 5000IU: Softgel capsule [bovine gelatin, humectant (glycerol), water], pure cold-pressed extra-virgin olive oil, cholecalciferol (vitamin D3).

How to take it
Vitamin C Complex: Take 2 capsules daily, preferably in the morning with food and water, or as directed by your doctor.

Triple Zinc: Take 1 capsule daily (in the morning with food and water), or as directed by a doctor.

Vitamin D3 5000IU: Take one (1) capsule every five days (in the morning with food and water), or as directed by a doctor.
