Marine Collagen: Hydrolised collagen (fish), magnesium (magnesium bisglycinate, magnesium oxide), vegetarian capsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), sodium hyaluronate (hyaluronic acid), bamboo extract (Bambusa vulgaris).

Vitamin C: Rose hip fruit extract (Rosa canina L.), vegetarian capsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), acerola fruit extract (Malpighia glabra L.), bamboo shoot extract (Bambusa vulgaris), orange fruit extract (Citrus aurantium), MCT coconut powder.

Beta Carotene: Cold pressed extra virgin olive oil, softgel capsule (modified pea starch, glycerol, carrageenan, colouring [red iron oxide paste (glycerol, red iron oxide), vegetable black paste (glycerol, vegetable carbon)]), Lyc-O-Beta® solution (sunflower oil, natural beta carotene, antioxidant [alpha tocopherol]), thickener (glyceryl monostearate).

How to take it
Marine Collagen: Take 3 capsules daily (in the morning with food and water), or as directed by a doctor.

Vitamin C: Take 2 capsules daily, preferably in the morning with food and water, or as directed by your doctor.

Beta Carotene: Take 1 capsule daily (in the morning with food and water), or as directed by a doctor.
