Glucosamine: Glucosamine sulphate, vegetarian capsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), bamboo extract (Bambusa vulgaris), chondroitin sulphate, acerola fruit extract (Malpighia glabra L.), methylsulfonylmethane (MSM), Boswellia serrata extract.

Omega 3 Fishoil: Fish oil, softgel capsule [bovine gelatine, humectant (glycerol), water], d-alpha tocopherol (Vitamin E).

Curcumin Turmeric: Turmeric rhizome extract (4:1) (Curcuma longa), bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose), vegetarian capsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), turmeric root extract (Curcuma longa), ginger rhizome extract (Zingiber officinale), thickener (acacia gum), bamboo sprout shoot extract (Bambusa vulgaris), black pepper fruit extract (Piper nigrum).

How to take it
Glucosamine: Take 3 capsules daily (in the morning with food and water), or as directed by a doctor.

Omega 3 Fishoil: Take 2 capsules daily (in the morning with food and water), or according to your doctor's instructions.

Curcumin Turmeric: Take 2 capsules daily spread throughout the day, with food and water, or as directed by a doctor.
