Probiolac Probiotic: Live cultures, inulin, delayed release capsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), bulking agent (acacia gum), zinc citrate, organic rice protein.

Spirulina & Chlorella: Organic spirulina powder (Spirulina platensis), organic chlorella powder (Chlorella pyrenoidesa), vegetarian capsules (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose).

Suggested Usage

- Curcumin Turmeric: Take 2 capsules daily spread throughout the day, with food and water, or as directed by a doctor.

- Probiolac Probiotic: Take preferably in the evening, with food and water. If required, start with 1 capsule daily and gradually increase to 2 capsules, or as directed by a doctor.

- Spirulina & Chlorella: Take 3 capsules daily (in the morning with food and water), or as directed by a doctor.
