Ashwagandha: Organic ashwagandha KSM-66® root extract (Withania somnifera), magnesium complex (magnesium bisglycinate, magnesium oxide), vegetarian capsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), zinc gluconate, manganese gluconate, stabilizer (gum arabic), pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), thiamine hydrochloride (vitamin B1), black pepper fruit extract (Piper nigrum).

Ginkgo Biloba: Ginkgo biloba leaf extract (50:1), vegetarian capsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), zinc gluconate, ginseng root extract (4:1) (Panax ginseng), thickener (arabic gum), brahmi whole plant extract (4:1) (Bacopa monnieri), riboflavin (vitamin B2), pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), thiamine hydrochloride (vitamin B1).

Magnesium Bisglycinate: Take 3 capsules daily, preferably in the evening. Alternatively, spread throughout the day. Take with food and water, or as directed by your doctor.
