Yes! Once your order is in transit, you get an email with your shipping information which includes a tracking number.

Please check with your tracking number if there has been an attempted delivery. It is possible that the package is in a pick up station near your address (where you can pick it up), or there might be incomplete information in your shipping address that needs to be updated as soon as possible.

If you want to edit any shipment information after 1 hour, and your package is already in transit, please contact the corresponding carrier to change the information. Please keep in mind that if your package is already in transit, only small changes might be possible (for example, house number correction, or address change within the same city).

If you notice that the outer box is damaged at delivery or pickup, the best option is to report it immediately to the courier or pickup point and ask for a damage report. This helps us handle the issue quickly with the carrier. If possible, please also take photos of the outer packaging.

If you can’t report the damage on the spot, or if you notice it later, don’t worry. You can always contact us at team@aavalabs.com, and we’ll help you find the best solution. You may also refuse the delivery if the parcel is badly damaged, and we´ll sort it out for you.

No. Since a payment needs to be done, a new order needs to be placed. 

Only if your previous order was placed less than 1 hour before your second order, we are able to merge both orders so that they are shipped together, and in this case the shipping costs would only be paid once. Please contact us at team@aavalabs.com to merge your orders and receive a refund of the shipping costs of your second order (if any).
