Can the capsule be opened and its contents mixed into liquids?
Yes, the capsules (HPMC) are easy to open and the contents can be poured into a liquid. The product isn't designed to be mixed into liquids, though, so we can't guarantee its taste, smell or that it fully dissolves.
What is the difference between folate, folic acid and methylfolate?
Folate is the form of vitamin B9 found naturally in foods. Folic acid is a synthetic form. Methylfolate is an active form of folate – this is the form used in our formula.
What kind of vitamin B12 does the formula contain?
Methylcobalamin.
Why does my urine turn bright yellow?
This comes from vitamin B2 (riboflavin), which has a natural yellow colour. It's normal and harmless.
