    Vitamin D (cholecalciferol), also known as thesunshine vitamin, is especially important for people who don't get enough sunlight. In many European countries, this applies to almost everyone in winter. But don't worry! We've got you covered!

    Just take 1 high dose vitamin d capsule every 5 days and provide your body with 5000 IU of vitamin D3 per capsule. Vitamin D performs many tasks in the body. Among other things, it plays a key role in bone health and contributes to normal immune system function. To facilitate the absorption of the vitamin, we have also added virgin olive oil.

    Suggested Usage

    Take one (1) capsule every five days (in the morning with food and water), or according to your doctor's instructions.

    The delivery took too long

    Dear Aava Labs team, I would like to let you know that the product I purchased arrived after a long time wandering around somewhere (in Poland I believe, and I live in Spain...) and therefore I am not sure about the conditions the products were under during all that time. I would like to take the chance to ask you if the products should be kept under certain conditions of light and temperature exposure and if your company makes sure those conditions are kept by the courier during shipment.
