To request a withdrawal, please fill out this form. As orders are processed quickly, cancellation is only possible within approximately 30 minutes after placing your order.

If your order has already been shipped, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days of receiving your goods, provided that the product is unopened and the security seal remains intact.
