1. Remember to sleep  

One of the simplest and most important and underestimated health tips on the planet is: sleep enough! Sleep affects how we look, feel and perform on a daily basis. If we do not get enough sleep, we feel tired, irritable or unfocused quickly. Studies have also shown that sleep deprivation suppresses immune system function.

2. Reduce stress
