It is said, beauty is only skin deep. We say: Beauty is MORE than skin deep. In order to feel beautiful - inside and outside - we need to feel healthy and comfortable in our own skin. That's why we have put together some timeless beauty tips that don't include make-up or other “hacks” that only work on a superficial level.

 

1. Eat Your Way To Glowing Skin

 

 

Colorful vegetables that are rich in antioxidants neutralize free radicals in the body, which has many positive effects on your overall health and your skin.Green and yellow veggies appear to have the greatest anti-wrinkle effect, reports a recent study in the British Journal of Nutrition.
